Instructions
Clean and wash the beets into small pieces, reducing the white part.
Boil until al dente, then drain and put them in water with 2 ice cubes.
Brown in oil 2 crushed garlic cloves; combine the spinach, drain and season.
Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with crumbled crumb, finishing 5 minutes after cooking.
