Asparagus with melted butter
Instructions
Wash asparagus, underneath in the critical point and boil them in salted water into asparagiera with the tips out of the water.
When al dente with bits still crispy, drain and toss with hot melted butter and grated Parmesan to match.

- 1 bunch of green asparagus (800 g)
- 60 g of parmigiano
- 60 g of pasteurized cream butter
- Salt
