Bresaola of the Alpine
Instructions
In a bowl, mix well the gorgonzola butter (that you pulled out of the fridge at least 10 minutes before use) until mixture is homogenous.
Sprinkle the slices with cremina obtained and sprinkle with chopped parsley and black pepper powder.

- 12 slices of bresaola
- 50 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 50 g of butter
- Chopped parsley
- Black pepper powder
