Lamb with potato and grape hyacinth
Instructions
Peel the lampascioni, cleaning them of land, cross the base effect, wash and boil them in salted boiling water for 30 minutes.
In an oiled baking dish arrange the potatoes into chunks, meat, salt, pepper, oil, 1 glass of wine and 1/2 of water and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Join lampascioni and parsley and cook additional 15 minutes.

- 800 g of lamb stew
- 600 g of new potatoes
- 400 g of lampascioni
- Garlic
- Chopped parsley
- 1 glass dry white wine
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
