Instructions
Quickly wash the raspberries in ice water, distribute them on a cloth, gently wipe them clean and leave them free to air until will be completely dry.
Put them in a glass jar with a wide mouth.
pour in the vinegar and leave to infuse for at least a month.
After the time periods specified, filter without press, through a clean cloth, raspberry vinegar, in a bottle after you delete the raspberries.
This vinegar is particularly suited to dress salads with fruit, cultivated mushrooms, green salad or with cheese.
