Instructions
Divide in two the clove of garlic.
Put all the ingredients in an airtight jar and let it marinate for a week.
Filtered and stored at the shelter.
Flavored vinegar is great for seasoning meats and salads.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 cl of red wine vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 pepperroncini piccanti
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 sprig of rosemary
