Aromatic vinegar (2)
Instructions
Boiling 300 cl white wine vinegar in a bowl possibly coccia, until reduced by half.
Remove from heat and add 3 crushed garlic cloves, Bay leaves, 4 3 sprigs of Rosemary, 3 sprigs of thyme, 2 Sage leaves, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 3 black peppercorns, 1 pinch of salt.
Stir with a wooden spoon and allow to stand for 3 hours.
Strain, bottle and use the vinegar after 3 months.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 cl of white wine vinegar
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 leaves of laurel
- 3 sprigs of rosemary
- 3 sprigs of thyme
- 2 leaves sage
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 3 grains black pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
