Instructions

Remove the rose petals and remove the white part with which they attached to the stem.

Chop the petals and put them in a vase with vinegar.

Mix well, close and let stand 15 days, putting the jar in the Sun during the day and withdrawing at night and in bad weather.

Filtered and bottled.

Suitable for delicate green salads.
