Instructions

Put in a jar clean and raspberries together the vinegar you have heated in a saucepan, bring to a boil without however.

Put the jar in the dark for about three weeks.

At the end of the third week strain the vinegar and eliminated the remaining raspberries, filtering the liquid with gauze.

Imbottigliatelo in containers and bottles.
