Raspberry vinegar (10)
Instructions
Choose ripe raspberries but firm, wash gently and dry them thoroughly.
Mix the vinegar with a few grains of pepper, if you like.
Store and let it sit for a month in a cool place.
Every 3 or 4 days, shake the bottle to mix the fruit.
When ready, filter, delete the raspberries and bottling.

- 100 cl of white wine vinegar
- 2 punnets of raspberries
- Black beans pepper (optional)
