Instructions
It is used to season peppers, onions, mixed vegetable salads and Classic Salad with lettuce and tomatoes.
Prepares by putting in a terra-cotta container 1 liter of white wine vinegar.
You bring to a boil and reduce to half, remove from heat and add 1 garlic peeled and lightly pounded, 2 shallots, 1 sprig of Marjoram, thyme and 1 1 Laurel leaf.
All this leaves soak for 2 hours, then is poured through a cheesecloth, in a dark glass bottle, closes perfectly and let rest in a cool, dark place for 6 days.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of white wine vinegar
- 1 peeled garlic
- 2 shallots
- 1 sprig of marjoram
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 1 leaf of laurel
