Lake fish soup
Instructions
Wash 1500 g Lake fish (perch, carp, common whitefish, char, catfish and sturgeon) and sfilettarli.
Put in saucepan all fish bones, heads and scraps with 3 large sliced onions, salt and sweet paprika, cover with 200 cl of water, cover and let simmer for an hour.
Strain the broth and pour it over the fish fillets in a pan.
Cook gently for 15-25 minutes and serve.
