Beef and egg soup
Instructions
Pour into a pot the prepared meat broth and bring it to a boil.
Add the meat, cut into small pieces (not chopped), celery thinly cut, a pinch of salt and cook for about an hour.
After this time, add the beaten eggs, stirring quickly and leaving the pot on the fire.
Pepper, pour soup into individual bowls and sprinkle green onions sliced thinly.

- 150 cl of meat broth
- 150 g of beef pulp
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 egg
- 3 spring onions
- Salt
- Black pepper
