Braised beef with garcia
Instructions
Beat the meat well, add salt and pepper, then FRY it quickly in hot oil and put it in.
Add to the liquid leftover Bacon FRY cut into small pieces, fry it and add the onions and then shredded mushrooms.
Switch frying with wine and pour the Brown bottom.
At this point, Cook the meat over the steam, along with shredded capers and lemon juice until it becomes tender.
Beat in the flour with the milk cream and add it to the liquid in order to ispessirlo.
Complete with mustard and parsley.

- 4 pieces of sirloin steak (200 g pieces)
- 80 g of olive oil
- 50 G = = Smoked Bacon
- 80 g of mushrooms
- 100 g of onions chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon of capers
- Grated lemon rind
- 30 cl of brown fund
- 25 g of flour
- 30 cl of cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
