Braised beef
Instructions
Take 600 g beef, 100 g of bacon cut into squares and 1 large chopped onion.
In saucepan, over medium heat, fry the bacon squares, then remove them.
Put the beef not yet tasty in the pot and let them take color from all sides.
Remove from the pan.
Remaining sauce into the tool add chopped vegetables (carrots and chopped onions).
Be found by removing and add 1 teaspoon of tomato puree.
Wait until the mass take up a nice brown color (on one side to remove the acidity of the tomatoes, and on the other hand to make the gravy tastier).
Add: 1 tablespoon of flour and mix until well incorporated.
Switch off with a cup of red wine and 3 cups of broth, salt and pepper the meat and put it back into the sauce! Let still cook the pot roast, covered, over low heat for 1 hour.
