Onion soup (3) (Zuppa di Cipolle (3))
Instructions
Sauté with oil and sliced onions in butter, then season with salt and pepper.
Add the flour and let it dry.
Pour the wine and 150 cl of broth and stir carefully.
Cook for 2 hours.
Pour the soup over the bread slices in the oven first passes, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
