Asparagus soup with shrimp
Instructions
Thinly slice the onions and sliced carrots: let them Brown in butter for 5 minutes gentle flame, stirring occasionally.

Blanched asparagus in lightly salted water, drain them and add them to the other vegetables in saucepan, add chopped herbs.

After 5 minutes add the cream, stir, add salt, pepper, lightly sparkling wine, stir and remove from heat.
Serve immediately.

- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 40 g of butter
- 75 cl of broth
- 1 teaspoon of chopped savory
- 1 teaspoon of chopped tarragon
- 450 g of frozen asparagus
- 200 g of fresh prawns
- 1 glass of cream
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1/2 cup of sparkling wine
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chervil (or parsley) for garnish
