Beef braised in marsala
Instructions
In a pan place to cool celery, carrot, onion, juniper berries, bay leaf, oil, butter and meat (rump).
Let Brown well, then add salt, pepper, chopped tomatoes.
Stir occasionally and cook over low heat for about three hours.
Then sprinkle with the marsala and complete cooking.
Served at the table with your favorite side dish.

- 700 g of rump steak
- 400 g of sauce tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 celery
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 4 berries juniper
- 2 leaves of laurel
- 1/2 cup of marsala wine
