Instructions

Flour the meat, tie it and Brown with 40 g of butter, 1 peeled garlic clove, Sage and Rosemary.

Remove the meat, discarding garlic and spices and add to broth 1 onion, chopped carrot, celery, Sage, Rosemary, all washed away.

FRY, then put the meat in the bowl, wet with wine and broth.

Add salt, pepper, add the cloves, thyme and cook covered for about 3 hours.
