Zuccotto
Instructions
Lightly sprinkle the ladyfingers with the liquor and fully lined a hemispherical mold from zuccotto.
Divide into two parts whipped cream.
A built-in setacciandoli half the cocoa powder and 2 tablespoons of icing sugar.

Pour the chocolate cream on the bottom of the mold lined with cookies.

Keep in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
Turn the mold onto a serving dish.
If you prefer the frozen cake zuccotto type, keep it in the freezer for a long time.

- Grand marnier
