Instructions
Cut the zucchini slices and cook in a pan with oil, slightly rosolandole.
Put the cooked zucchini into a serving dish and season with garlic, olive oil, salt, vinegar and a handful of chopped parsley.
Let stand for about 1 hour and mix before serving.
