Zucchini and arugula
Instructions
Cut the zucchini lengthwise and let marinate for at least three hours in olive oil, vinegar, salt and garlic clove (say two to three cloves of Garlic Zucchini).
Cook the zucchini on the plate or on a frying pan with the bottom often, five minutes per side, without adding oil (after marinating should release them).
Cover a plate with half the arugula, posaci over the zucchini and cover with the remaining Arugula you have chopped.
It is a spring or summer dish, then be consumed cold.

- 3 zucchini
- 1 bunch of arugula salad
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- Wine vinegar
- Salt
