Zucchini Pudding (Zucchine al Latte)
Instructions
Cut the zucchini into sticks and flowers into strips.
Stir in all other ingredients: you will get a soft compound (if not, add a little water).
Rub with a little olive oil a baking pan and pour the mixture into a layer about 2 cm Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, turn back to 180 degrees and bake again for 10 minutes.

- 400 g of small zucchini
- 100 g of zucchini flowers
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 60 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 glass of full cream milk
- Olive oil
- Salt
