Zucchini with shrimps
Instructions
Peel and wash the zucchini, Cook for 8 minutes in boiling salted water.
Drain and let cool.
Prepare the mayonnaise, season with the finely chopped onion, a few drops of tabasco and ketchup.
Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise, svuotatele pulp, gently fill the boat with mayonnaise and boiled shrimp.
Serve warm immediately.

- 8 zucchini
- 200 g of shrimps
- For the sauce:
- Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup
- Few drops of tabasco
- 1 onion
- Salt
