Pumpkin with rosemary
Instructions
Cut the pumpkin flesh into thin slices and season both in a pan with two tablespoons of olive oil and two garlic cloves to remove just take color.
Sprinkle the wine, let it soften, lower the heat and bring to boiling.
Adjust salt and pepper, sprinkle plenty of fresh rosemary.
