Baked squash with potatoes
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut into half inch slices.
Cut the pumpkin into thin slices an inch and the onion into rings.
In a casserole dish well oiled alternate layers of potatoes, onions and squash.
Peel the tomatoes, cut them into cubes and deliver on the pumpkin.
Seasoned with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees for one hour.
Let stand for 5 minutes and serve.

- 400 g of pumpkin pulp
- 4 yellow potatoes
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 onion
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
