Baked pumpkin
Instructions
Peel the squash and cut it into equal slices about 1 inch thick. Flour the slices, shake them by the excess flour and place them in a pan greased with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add salt and pepper and sprinkle with rosemary leaves; then finish with a drizzle of olive oil. Bake at 200 degrees for about 1 hour or until the pumpkin has formed a golden crust. Baked, let cool for about 5 minutes and serve.

- 800 g of yellow squash
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- Salt
