Zombie parana
Instructions
Put in the shaker light rum Jamaica rum, Apricot Brandy, sugar, lemons squeezed and filtered and apricot juice.
Close, shake for a few seconds without interruption, then pour the zombies in the appropriate glass, tumbler, combining the chopped ice.
Garnish with the pineapple, the icing and the bud of mint, then, on the whole, very slowly pour rum to 75 degrees.
Served without mixing.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 5 tablespoons of light rum
- 3 tablespoons of jamaica rum
- 3 tablespoons of apricot brandy
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 lemon (juice filtered)
- 1 tablespoon of apricot juice
- 5 cubes ice
- 1 slice of pineapple
- 1 icing to maraschino
- 1 bud mint
- 1 tablespoon of rum to 75 degrees
