Ziti with tomato sauce with tuna
Instructions
In a crock with oil, sauté the chopped onion and garlic, add the anchovy fillets, chopped peeled tomatoes without seeds and vegetation water, salt, pepper and a pinch of oregano.
Almost complete cooking, add the chopped tuna.
Seasoned with this sauce the boiled ziti al dente and sprinkle grated caciocavallo.

- 400 g of type pasta ziti
- == 1 small onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 salted anchovies
- 10 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- 400 g of peeled tomatoes
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Oregano
- 100 g of tuna in olive oil
- 70 g of dry grated caciocavallo cheese
