Ziti with mint
Instructions
In a saucepan, then heat a glass of olive oil, add two cloves of whole garlic and fry them to moderate heat until browned, then turn off the heat.
Add the fried Mint, Basil and parsley, chopped fine reduced.
At this point, set on fire a pot full of boiling water, bring to the boil and plunge the Ziti with.
Let them boil until al dente, then drain and place them in a soup-tureen.
Sprinkle with ground pepper and season with hot oil.
Stir quickly so the dough, still warm, soak in the flavor of the herbs.
Serve immediately.

- 300 g of type pasta ziti with
- 100 g of basil and parsley
- Some leaves of mint
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 glass of olive oil
