Exotic fruit yoghurt
Instructions
In a bowl mix the yoghurt with the icing sugar, then add the guava puree sieved and the juice of a lime.
Peel bananas, cut into rings and place them in a bowl.
Cover with lemon juice mixed with rum and let them marinate for about half an hour.
Finally, drain the juice of maceration and close to the mixture of yoghurt, then put it to cool in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Spread the preparation in four individual cups and serve very cold.

- 1 banana
- 100 g of guava puree
- 160 g of icing sugar
- 40 cl of full double cream yogurt
- == 1 Lime (juice)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 2 tablespoons of rum
