Branzino stuffed
Instructions
Gutting and rinse the branzino, delete the fishbones and are stuffed with chopped parsley, garlic, onion, capers, olives and boiled egg.
Close the opening with toothpicks, place it in baking pan and covering it with a tomato sauce made with olive oil, chopped onions, tomatoes and white wine.
Sprinkle with salt and bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
