Kao Mian Bao Xia Pian (toast with shrimp)
Instructions
Go to the meat grinder crabs and mushrooms soaked beforehand.
Mix by adding the chopped chives (or a thin cut Leek), the egg, the Lotus nuts paste and Sherry.
Season with salt and glutamate.
Tie everything together with starch (better yet cornstarch).
Cut the slices of bread into four parts and polished with the mixture, move the pieces of bread in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs, FRY in oil and serve hot.
For a crispy FRY, inserted into the toast oil when the oil is about 120 degrees, and then increase the temperature up to 180 degrees.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of shrimp (or crabs)
- 100 g of chinese mushrooms
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of lotus nuts paste
- 2 cl of sherry
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate
- 4 tablespoons of starch
- For the toast:
- 4 slices of white bread (or bread)
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Frying oil
