Beat the butter with the egg yolks, stir in flour and milk gradually, whip the egg whites until foamy and add them to the mixture without dismantle them, grease the Cook waffeln and cook if possible when you eat them.

I am very good with applesauce, vanilla sauce (vanilla pudding with a generous dash of white wine) and with lots of sugar and cinnamon.
