Boil the milk with the vanilla, then discard the pod and add 200 g sugar, stirring until it has dissolved, then let cool.
Whip the egg yolks with sugar until the mixture becomes very swollen and pale.

Add a little at a time even the marsala and alcohol.
Bottled in a terracotta bottle and shake well before serving.
The liqueur is ready, but it should be kept in the refrigerator because it keeps for a long time and still is better than cold.

- 100 g of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 400 g of milk
- 1 pod vanilla
- 400 g of sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 100 g of dry marsala wine
