Stewed veal
Instructions
Slice the onion and let it wilt in oil and butter, add the meat cut into small pieces and season.
Add a bay leaf, a dusting of flour, salt, pepper, tomato paste and 3 ladles of broth.
Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes, adding more stock if necessary.
Shortly before the end add the olives pitted and cut in half.

- 600 g of calf pulp
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 150 g of green olives
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 1 dusting flour
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Broth
- Pepper
