Veal in pink sauce
Instructions
Brown joists in 3 tablespoons oil and 30 g of butter.
Join leaf garlic, salt, pepper, add 1 glass of hot water, cover and cook in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
Mix mayonnaise, tomato cream, reduced to tuna cream and keep in the fridge.
Boil peas and join them to the sauce.
Slice the veal and cover with the sauce.
Serve cold.

- 800 g of topside veal
- 100 g of peas
- 1 jar of mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
- 4 tablespoons of cream
- 80 g of tuna
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 30 g of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
