Instructions

Dice the bacon and saute with 4 hours of oil.

Add the floured and browned meat over high heat.

Add the chopped vegetables, herbs and cloves wrapped in a canvas bag.

Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the wine and let evaporate in part, cover and simmer for 3 hours.
