Veal with porcini mushrooms with blueberries
Instructions
Cut the meat into cubes.
Prepare the sauce finely chopping herbs and the shallots and mixing them with other ingredients.
Wash the leaves and rocket salad and blueberries.
Cut in half the mushrooms in olive oil.
Very low flame fry the meat with a spoonful of herb sauce.
Add salt, stir, remove from heat and allow to cool.
Gather all the ingredients in a bowl and dress with the sauce.

- 600 g of veal fillet
- 1 bunch of arugula salad
- 4 boletus mushrooms in small oil
- 1 head of seasonal salad
- Olive oil
- 1 basket of blueberries
- Salt
- Pepper

- Blueberry flavoured vinegar
- Parsley
- Chives
- Shallots
- Salt
- Pepper
