Instructions

In a buttered baking dish make a base with chopped onion, a little garlic and parsley, add the sliced mushrooms.

Settle over the sea bass, salt it also internally, soak with an elongated white wine with a little water, add some bits of butter.

Bake in hot oven for about three quarters of an hour; and don't forget to water the fish with its sauce.
