Instructions

Slice the white of Leek and onion.

Softened vegetables for a few minutes in heated butter, then add 3 peeled potatoes and diced.

Add the chicken broth and cook over low heat, covered pot for about 20 minutes.

Pass the vegetables to knitting mill, put back in the cooking broth, adjust salt and pepper and add the cream.

You can serve it cold with chopped parsley.
