Vermicelli with agliata
Instructions
Peel the garlic, remove the inner bud and crush it in the mortar.
Finely chop the parsley.
While cooking the pasta warm the oil slightly with chillies in a pan and add the garlic and parsley.
Let stand for 1 minute.
Pour the pasta, stir-fry a few seconds rigirarla and serve with grated pecorino cheese.

- 350 g of vermicelli type noodles
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Parsley
- Sea salt
- Hot pepper
- Pecorino romano cheese
