Vermicelli with Mushrooms (Vermicelli con I Funghi)
Instructions
FRY with chopped onion and lard, just Golden, add the mushrooms and sliced tomatoes, pepper, parsley and salt.
Boil the vermicelli noodles in lightly salted water, drain them al dente and toss with the mushroom sauce.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of vermicelli type noodles
- 400 g of peeled tomatoes
- 400 g of fresh mushrooms
- 1 medium onion
- 80 g of suet
- 1/2 tablespoon of chopped parsley
