Vermicelli alla romana
Instructions
Clean the anchovies, wash, spezzettarle, put them in a saucepan with oil, add the crumbled bread crumbs, adjust salt and let stand for a few minutes.
Cook the vermicelli noodles al dente in salted water, toss with prepared sauce and cheese and serve.
