Vermicelli noodles with tuna
Instructions
In a pan heat plenty of oil and add the garlic that you have previously cleaned, rinsed and dried with a paper towel and the chili.
Later, after making stir-fry the first ingredients add partly drained tuna, salt and simmer for about 10 minutes on low flame.
Meanwhile, heat the vermicelli in salted water and drain them al dente.
Pour into the Pan and mix them vigorously and quickly at high heat for a few minutes.
Finally, chop the parsley previously washed and dried with a paper towel and sprinkle the whole thing.
Serve immediately hot.
Trick: after baking, remove the garlic from the pan.

- 400 g of vermicelli type noodles
- 350 g of tuna in olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Chopped chili
- Parsley
- Abundant of olive oil
- Salt
