Vermicelli with leeks
Instructions
Clean the leeks by depriving them of the Greens more Woody and then cut strips with a thickness of 1 cm.
Then Sauté them with a little oil and stufateli for ten minutes on low heat and cover pan.
Meanwhile, wash and cut into pieces rather coarse tomato and add to leeks.
Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes after adding a glass of hot water, tamari and a little salt.
Cook the pasta al dente, drain, dress with hot sauce and bring it to the table.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of vermicelli type noodles
- 4 leeks
- 1 tomato
- 1 tablespoon of tamari (soy-based sauce of eastern origin)
- Little of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
