Vegetables sauted chinese
Instructions
Clean and wash the vegetables and cut them into cubes, strips or slices.
Bring to a boil a large pot of salted water.
Pour vegetables gradually, starting from those which require longer cooking (it will take from five to six minutes for carrots, three minutes for the zucchini, two minutes for the celery, etc).
Drain thoroughly.
Heat oil in a wok or a frying pan from the bottom often.
Let us skip the vegetables for a minute or two.
Add the salt and 15 cl of water.
prolonged cooking for another two or three minutes.
Pour the soy and the liquor into the Pan and stir with a wooden spatula.
Simmer one minute and serve immediately.
