Sweet and sour vegetables
Instructions
Peel the onions and cook them in salted water for 15 minutes.
FRY In a saucepan with the olive oil chopped onion, add the artichokes, cleaned and cut into slices and scallions; Add salt, pepper and cook covered for 30 minutes.
Add the pitted olives, vinegar and sugar, stir, let it cook for a few minutes and serve.

- 6 artichokes
- 100 g of green olives
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
