Instructions

FRY in oil the contests.

Apart boil water in 25 cl, 25 cl of vinegar and 1 teaspoon of salt the sliced onions and a nice bunch of segrigiola or Marjoram.

When the onions are well cooked, place the layered contests in a bowl, add the onions and fresh herbs.

Let cool and serve.
