Eggs in jelly
Instructions
Prepare gelatin according to the instructions.
Pour a thin layer on the bottom of ramekins or porcelain berry cocotte.
Put in refrigerator and let solidify.
Placed on each layer of gelatine a few Sage and veiled with a spoon of jelly and place back in the fridge.
Bring to a boil a pan of water, add salt and vinegar.
Reduce the flame, sgusciatevi an egg at a time, and cook for about three minutes.
Dry on a cloth and then place their stencils by cutting out the excess egg white.
Pour the remaining gelatin eggs and solidify in the refrigerator.
Before serving, put the eggs on a serving dish and garnish with streaks of lemon peel.
